Dr. Mark McClellan, MD, PhD

Dr. McClellan is Director of the Engelberg Center for Health Care Reform and Leonard D. Schaeffer Chair in Health Policy Studies at the Brookings Institution. A medical doctor and economist, he is former Commissioner of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and former Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services
