Die IT-Umsetzung von Selektivverträgen
Abstract
Die bestehenden Selektivverträge verdeutlichen, dass die Art der Umsetzung der Vertragsinhalte in der Praxissoftware über den Erfolg der Verträge wesent-lich mitentscheidet. Im Vordergrund der neuen Vertragsformen steht eine Steigerung der Behandlungsqualität bei gleichzeitiger Hebung von Wirtschaft-lichkeitsreserven. Je ergonomischer und schneller neue Anforderungen in die Arztinformationssysteme implementiert werden, desto kostengünstiger und akzeptierter wird die IT-Unterstützung für die an den Verträgen teilnehmenden Ärzte. Eine einheitliche Spezifkation für die Vertragssoftware ist ein wesent-licher Faktor zur Sicherstellung von mehr Wirtschaftlichkeit und verbesserter Behandlungsqualität im Rahmen der Verträge. Darüber hinaus trägt auch hier die Beibehaltung des freien Wettbewerbs der Arztinformationssystem-Anbieter zu mehr Qualität und sinkenden Kosten für den Anwender bei.
IT for selective contracts
The current selective contracts clarify that the way of implemen-tation of the contract contents into the practice management software is decisive for the success of the contract. Major focus is put on improving therapeutic quality and concurrent use of profta-bility reserves. The more ergonomically and faster new requests are implemented in the practice management software, the more cost effective and accepted the contracts will be for the participating practitioners. A key success factor to ensure cost-effectiveness and improving therapeutic quality within the contracts is a uniform specifcation for the software. Furthermore, the perpetuation of free competition in the sector of practice management software contri-butes to an improving quality and decreasing costs for the user.
